United Nation - Underlining that Saturday’s attack in Quetta was the second against Hazaras, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has called for quick action against those responsible. “The Secretary-General strongly condemns the terrorist attack in Quetta, targeting the Hazaras which resulted in more than 80 persons killed,” his spokesman Martin Nesirky said in a statement issued Sunday night.
