Amnesty International on Friday called on Pakistani authorities to investigate and bring to justice those responsible for killings of 18 people in Bara. “People arrested by the Armed Forces are being returned to their families or dumped across Tribal Areas,” said Isabelle Arradon, Amnesty International’s Deputy Asia-Pacific Director.
