At least 29 militants were killed during a security forces operation in the Batur valley of Bajaur Agency on Wednesday. According to sources, security forces have completed their operation and have rid Batur valley of militants. A few weeks ago, militants from Afghanistan had taken control of several hilltops in the valley. The sources added that the remaining few militants have now fled following the operation by security forces.
