MULTAN - Multan Development Authority (MDA) Director Gen Mumtaz Qureshi has directed recovery staff of the Wasa to ensure Rs20m monthly recovery of dues, saying the officials, who fail to achieve their targets, will not be tolerated in the agency.
Addressing a meeting of recovery staff, he added that the staff creating hurdles in way of achievement of recovery target would be sent home. He took serious notice of complaints against one-window cell and said that the applications of all complainants must be disposed of within 10 days. Unveiling carrot and stick policy, the DG said that the staff showing good performance in recovery drive would be granted cash prize and commendation certificates.
