CHINIOT - The Education Department has awarded appointment letters to 400 educators appointed at various schools. 

Addressing a ceremony held at TMA Hall, DMO Ansar Sial and EDO (Education) Mehr Ashraf Ali and Sarfraz Ahmad said the graduates with science education at intermediate level were appointed as elementary school educators, senior elementary school educators and secondary school educators on merit. 
They urged the newly recruited teachers to improve the quality of education by focussing on English, Science and Mathematics which are difficult subjects for the arts teachers. The educators will report joining at respective schools after Eid on August 23. 
18 GRANTED BAIL: An anti terrorism court has granted bail to three activists of a Shia organisation and 15 of Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat in a terrorism case registered on August 8 when two sects came against each other and fires were opened at a mosque. Police had rounded up 152 activists out of which only 18 could be released on bail while others are still in jail.
