90pc work on Darul Qaza, Qazi courts completed

PESH AWAR (APP) - To provide speedy justice to litigants, Law Minister Barrister Arshad Abdullah said Wednesday that 90 per cent work on establishment of Darul Qaza and Qazi courts has been completed in Malakand Division. Nizam-e-Adl regulations are the longstanding demand of people of Malakand Division and it would be fulfilled very soon, he said while addressing a delegation of National Commission for Womens member Semi Kamal here at his office. Under the Nazim-e-Adl regulations, he said that inexpensive and quick justice would be provided to people of Malakand and civil, and criminal cases would be disposed off in a short possible time. Special care has been observed to protect the rights of womenfolk in the Adl regulations, he added. The appointment of Qazis and judges of Darul Qazi has been made from the judicial cader officers. , which means that was in accordance with law of the land.
