KARACHI - The Sindh High Court has upheld the verdict of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) that had disqualified Waheeda Shah for misconduct. The ECP disqualified Pakistan People's Party (PPP) candidate Waheeda Shah for two years for slapping a presiding officer Habiba Memon and other polling staff during the by-election on February 25 and declared the polls as void.
