TOBA TEK SINGH – Additional District and Sessions Judge Ghulam Murtaza awarded 25-year rigorous imprisonment to one Saddam Hussain of Rajana area in a rape case on Monday.
The judge also imposed a fine of Rs0.1 million on the convict. A year ago, Hussain abducted a 12-year-old girl and later assaulted her at his house in Rajana area. The court, however, acquitted his co-accused, Khurram Abbas, giving him the benefit of doubt.
