SWAT - Chairman Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf Imran Khan has decided to contest elections from Swat.

In the 2002 voting, Imran Khan once again fought elections from the same constituency and could get 6660 votes. He was forth in the row while late Qari Abdul Bais of MMA had come out victorious.
Defending his previous defeats Shaukat Ali Yousafzai told local media that PTI was a new party at the time. He hopes the masses will elect Imran with heavy votes from the same area, while majority of people in Swat appreciated the decision of PTI chief and they vowed that they will elect PTI chief with maximum votes.
