Majority of RYKCCI members ‘supports’ Founders’ Group

 SADIQABD - In the honour of Rahim Yar Khan Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s members, RYKCCI President Muzaffar Salim and the Founders’ Group Sadiqabad jointly arranged a luncheon wherein about 80 percent of the members participated, ensuring their support to the group ahead of the chambers’ elections.Founders’ Group leaders Muhammad Ibrahim, Fayyazuddin, Basheer Ahmad, Muzaffar Salim, Mehtab Ahmad, Waqar Ali, M Yaseen, and Arshad Sultan addressed the participants. They said that their opponents from the Friends Business Group had exposed because of their policy of leg-pulling and opposition for nothing. The speakers were of the view that their opponent group had created impediments in the way of the chamber’s progress, and thus the latter was feeling ashamed of facing the voters. They counted their achievements like the Rahim Yar Khan Industrial Estate, acquisition of funds of tens of millions of rupees for the Chamber’s Secretariat Building, establishment of Zonal Officer of Inland Revenue in the district and start of direct export of mangoes from the district. They said that the the Founders’ Group’s achievements would open new vistas of development. As a result, they added, trade activities will improve, hundreds of thousands of people will get employment and the businessmen’s problems regarding taxes and other issues would be resolved. They appealed to the chamber’s members to vote for the Founders’ Group’s panel on September 24 by demonstrating unity and solidarity as they did in the past elections so that the present policies could continue. The Founders’ candidates including Sheikh Imaduddin, Talat Mehmood, Saeed Akhtar, M Yasin, M Azhar, Khurram Munir, Zahid, Iqbal and Asif said that that it was an honour for them to contest elections at the platform of the Founders’ Group. On the occasion, Imtiaz Ahmad and Chaudhry Yasin were also present.
