ISLAMABAD - Supreme Court has decided to resume the hearingof the memogate case from November 12 after a pause in the hearing. Sources said that a nine-member bench of the Supreme Court would hear the case. The court has issued notices to more than 20 parties involved in the case. After the killing of Osama Bin Laden on May 2 by the US Navy SEALs in Abbottabad, a US citizen, Mansoor Ijaz, revealed that a memorandum was written to the US authorities, seeking support for the Pakistani civilian government against the Army.
