QUETTA - The Baloch Student Organisation staged a protest demo outside Quetta Press Club here on Monday against action by security forces in Sariab area.
The protesters were holding banners and placards inscribed with anti-govt slogans.
Addressing the protesters, Central General Secretary of the BSO Aslam Baloch and Advocate Tariq Baloch said that the ruling forces had been exploiting Baloch since the day one, adding, that bodies, military operations and kidnappings had become order of the day in Balochistan. They alleged that innocent poor people were arrested from Sariab. They said that the Baloch people would not remain silent on such brutal acts. They demanded of the Chief Justice Iftakhar Muhammad Chaudhry to take suo moto notice of extra-judicial arrests at Sariab Road.
