Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has submitted its report regarding tax collection in NATO container case in the Supreme Court. The three member bench of SC resumed hearing of the case on Monday. Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary presided the bench. The counsel of FBR after submission the report, requested the court to postpone the proceedings for one week on which bench adjourned the hearing till 4 March.
