Federal Minister for Information Qamar Zaman Kaira said on Tuesday that media should play an effective role to highlight Kashmir issue at international level. He said this while talking to AJK President Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob Khan who called on him here. The minister said the federal government would adopt practical measures to facilitate the growth of media in Azad Kashmir.
