Quetta - A commander of a peace militia was wounded in an armed attack in Dera Bugti district on Monday. According to sources, the incident took place in Pir Koh area of Dera Bugti where armed men attacked a peace militia commander Shah Nawaz wounding him critically. The criminals fled the scene after peace militiamen opened retaliatory firing. The injured commander was shifted to a local hospital for first medical aid and later he was shifted to Dera Ghazi Khan for further treatment.
After the incident, law-enforcement agencies started a search operation to trace the attacker.
