HAFIZABAD - The children and wives of workers engaged with small powerlooms staged a demonstration against the crippling prolonged power loadshedding.

They strongly condemned the attitude of the government for not providing any relief to the workers as a result of which they were on the verge of starvation. They also carried mock funeral (Janaza) of the rulers to vent off their anger. Speaking to the journalists on the occasion, they pointed out that did not need any “Raja” or “Maharaja” but real leader who could resolve the problems of the poor and downtrodden people.
