Women’s role sought to improve traffic system

SADIQABAD Speakers at an awareness seminar said that the women’s role in social reforms is very significant as they are honoured in the society at every stage.

District Officer Colleges Mirza Tanveerul Hassan, DSP (Traffic) Muhammad Iqbal and Sergeant Shakeel Ahmad were delivering lectures on traffic rules to students, teachers and staff at Rahim Yar Khan College.
They said that women as mother, sister, daughter and wife are honoured in the society. They urged them to educate their family members regarding traffic rules to avoid accidents and improve traffice system. In this way, they added, a lot of problems would be resolved before their creation.
They urged the participants to spread awareness against one-wheeling, rash driving and wrong parking. They also said that during driving, mobile phone should not be used. At the conclusion, Principal Rashida Waheed praised he seminar.
