Five children killed in Haripur accident

At least five children died and 20 others sustained injuries when their van on Monday met an accident in Sarai Saleh area here in Haripur.

According to police sources, the unfortunate van was carrying seminary students and was on its way to Jabori from Islamabad when it overturned after breaking its tie-rod, as a result, five children died on the spot whereas 20 others sustained injuries.
Rescue team reached the spot and shifted the injured and dead bodies to district headquarter hospital in Haripur and Ayub Medical Complex, Abbottabad.
