LAKKI MARWAT – The District Elementary and Secondary Education Department has expedited the process of awarding upgradation and promotion to the primary schools teachers of four circles, as the activity has already been completed in Tajazai and Titterkhel circles. It was told in a meeting chaired by Deputy District Officer (Primary) Rehmatullah Khan in his office at District Headquarters on Friday. ADOs Abdul Rehman Rashid, Saleh Badshah, Hamidullah Khan, Qadeer Shah and Tahir Ahmad attended the meeting. The meeting was informed that necessary entries regarding upgradation and promotion had been made in the service books of teachers of Meenakhel, Gandi Khankhel, Tajori and Manjiwala circles. It was also informed on the occasion that those service books will soon be deposited in the office of ESED deputy district officer for their onward dispatching to the district accounts office for further necessary action. Speaking at the meeting Mr Rehmatullah said that any delay in implementing the up gradation and promotion police would not be tolerated at all. He directed the ADOs to ensure effective monitoring of PTC funds utilization in primary schools of their respective schools.Meanwhile, Assistant Research Officer Fisheries, Muhammad Rehman inaugurated two projects of fish farms in Paakhel Ramikhel and Kotka Talibkhel localities of frontier region on Friday. Officials of political administration and tribal chiefs were present on the occasion. Both projects have been completed at the cost of Rs 200000 under the government’s plan to provide fair livelihood opportunities to the tribal people.
