ISLAMABAD – Federal Information Minister Qamar Zaman Kaira has said that the federal government never tried to destabilise the Punjab government.
Kaira strongly rejected the impression that the federal government was trying to destabilise the Punjab government.
He also lauded the reconciliation policy of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto and said she signed DoC with Nawaz Sharif to strengthen the democracy and bring prosperity to the country.
The Minister said the mandate given to the PPP by the people in 1990 elections was stolen.
