ISLAMABAD - Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf on Monday had telephonic contacts with top leadership of coalition partners and ruling party leaders and extended Eid greetings with them.
Raja Pervaiz Ashraf rang up PML-Q President Ch. Shujaat Hussain, who is currently on a private visit to India, and extended him Eid greetings.
Prime Minister also talked about the concerns of PML-Q and assured on behalf of the party that all their genuine concerns would be duly addressed.
Ch. Shujaat Hussain thanked the Prime Minister and expressed his optimism that the alliance between the two major coalition parties would continue beyond next elections.
Prime Minister also talked with his Deputy Prime Minister Ch. Pervaiz Elahi and extended Eid greetings.
Ch. Pervaiz Elahi congratulated Prime Minister on performing Haj.
In his telephonic conversation with ANP central leader Haji Ghulam Ahmad Bilour, Prime Minister hoped that the alliance between the two parties would be further strengthened in the days to come.
He also telephoned MQM leader Dr Farooq Sattar and greeted him on the auspicious occasion of Eid ul Azha.
Sattar congratulated the Prime Minister on performing Haj.
Raja Pervaiz Ashraf telephoned Leader of Opposition Ch Nisar Ali Khan and greeted him on the auspicious occasion of Eid ul Azha.
Nisar congratulated the Prime Minister on performing Haj.
Prime Minister telephoned Haji Munir Khan Orakzai, Parliamentary Leader, FATA and greeted him on the auspicious occasion of Eid ul Azha.
Raja Pervaiz Ashraf telephoned Chief Minister Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif and greeted him on the auspicious occasion of Eid ul Azha.
He telephoned Speaker, National Assembly Dr Fehmida Mirza, ANP Chief Asfandyar Wali, JUI-F Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Governor KPK Barrister Masood Kausar, Governor Punjab Sardar Latif Khosa, Governor Balochistan Sardar Zulfiqar Magsi, Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah and Federal Minister Mir Israrullah Zehri and greeted them on the auspicious occasion of Eid ul Azha.
Meanwhile, Interior Minister Senator Rehman Malik telephoned Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf from Birmingham after visiting Malala Yousafzai at the hospital and informed him about her speedy health recovery. 
He also said that he presented her a bouquet on behalf of the Prime Minister and conveyed his best wishes.
