High Court moved against Carbon Tax

He filed a constitutional petition against the increase in petroleum products due to imposition of Carbon Tax. Sohail moved to SHC by submitting that the Carbon Tax was illegal and unconstitutional, and such tax could not be imposed by the annual budget.
