PK-326 lands at PAF base; pilot arrested

TA - A PIA flight narrowly escaped disaster as pilot of a PIA flight landed the aircraft at a PAF base instead of Quetta Airport.
Official sources disclosed that PK-326, coming from Karachi to Quetta landed at Samungli base which is being used by PAF.
Over 160 passengers and crew were on board the flight.
Sources said ASF authorities had taken the pilot into custody for interrogation. An inquiry has been ordered in this connection.
The flight had to leave for Lahore but a delay of four hours was caused as another pilot arrived from Karachi to take the flight.
