Rawalpindi Golf Club to be improved on PGA standards

RAWALPINDI – The Annual General Meeting of Rawalpindi Golf Club in was held here Sunday in which members discussed various proposals to improve the course and the club as per PGA standards.
The meeting was chaired by club’s president Lt Gen Khalid Nawaz Khan. He appreciated the members, management and the executive committee for showing keen interest in the development of the club. The meeting passed the accounts of the club and also appointed Ad group as an event managers for the Chief of Army Staff Open Golf Tournament 2012.
The club regularly hosts President of Pakistan Open Golf, PM golf Championship and the Chief of Army Staff Open Golf tournament on annual basis and top golfers of the country compete in these events.
