ISLAMABAD – Pakistan U-19 team head coach Sabih Azhar said on Friday that the warm-up ODI series win would not only boost the team’s morale but also help the players prepare themselves fully for the upcoming U-19 World Cup.

Talking exclusively with this correspondent, Sabih said: “The things went wrong for us, after batting didn't click. Imamul Haq (77) and Umar Waheed (52) played with a lot of confidence and authority but other batsmen failed to provide them much needed support.” Sabih said that this defeat will help them in finding and correcting their mistakes in the U-19 World Cup. “The boys will bounce back in style and give their best when it really matters most.”
