ISLAMABAD - Danish Atlas Khan lifted the Chief of the Air Staff National Junior Squash Championship 2012 title after thrashing Bilal Zakir 3-0 in the final of the event played at PAF Hashim Khan Squash Complex, Peshawar on Saturday.
Danish Atlas won the first game 11-4 and second by 11-9 against Bilal Zakir. Danis and Zakir played classic game in the third set and fought for every point before Danish finally prevailing with 15-13 to lift the championship.  Air Marshal Asim Suleiman, Deputy Chief of the Air Staff (Support), Pakistan Air Force was the chief guest on the occasion, the chief guest witnessed the final, later he distributed prizes among the winners.
The championship was started from May 7 and ended on 12th, the event carried a prize money of Rs .5 million with over 140 players from all over the country participated in the event in which U-11, 13, 15, 17, and 19 categories were contested.
