KARACHI - Khurram H Agha is the lone player from Sindh who had succeeded in reaching the semi final of Jubilee Insurance third ranking snooker after a fine winning performance against M Javed of Punjab here on Tuesday at Karachi Gymkhana.
Khurram, who had registered highest 134 break of the championship, was once again in good nick when he defeated his opponent by five frames to three. He scored his second century break of 111 while winning 76-12, 50-68, 8-85(77), 112-9,(111), 77-56, 59-16, 2-65, 71-57.
Asjad Iqbal and M Asif both of Punjab won their quarter-finals to complete the semi-final frame. Asjad Iqbal will face M Asif while Shahram Changezi will take on Khurram Agha in the semi-finals today (Wednesday).
