RE Gilgit FC failed to turn up for their match at Jinnah Stadium and allowed Islamabads Ravi FC to win the Region Phase in Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) League (Region Phase) at Jinnah Stadium, Islamabad. Ravi secured six points, followed by Star FC (3) and Gilgit (0). Ravi, the winner of Region Phase, will face Al Hilal FC, Pakpattan on Nov 29 and Afghan Sports on Dec 1 at Arifwala in Round One- Group-B. The Champions of departmental and club event will earn slot in 2011s Pakistan Premier Football League (PPFL), replacing two relegated team which finished 15th and 16th in PPFL 2010. The winner of department leg will face winner of club leg on December 20 on Monday at 2.30 PM to decide overall champion. There will be no match from November 25-27 and PFF League (Departmental Leg) will resume on November 28 when in Group-A, PPWD will collide with Gwadar Port Authority at 11.30 AM at Steel Town, Karachi, followed by Pak Steel- Police clash at same field at 2 PM.
