LAHORE – Lahore Eagles defeated Lahore Lions by 60 runs in the second match of the Lahore Twenty20 Premier League here at Kinnaird College ground on Tuesday.
Batting first, Lahore Eagles scored 162 runs for the loss of four wickets in 20 overs. Nida Dar scored 93 runs and Komal Feroze 66. Irum Javed, Mehwish, Sabahat and Maham got one wicket each.
In reply, Lahore Lions were all out on 102 runs in 19.5 overs. Elizebeth scored unbeaten 31 and Natalia made 20. Nida Dar grabbed three wickets and Hina Shafiq took two. Nida Dar was named player of the match. Lahore Tigers will face Lahore Eagles today (Wednesday).
