ISLAMABAD - Judicial Commission for Pakistan on Wednesday recommended three names for the appointment as judges at the Federal Shariat Court (FSC). The Commission held its meeting at the Supreme Court building. The sources said the names recommended for Federal Shariat Court include Justice (Retd) Fida Muhammad, Justice (Retd) Fazl-ur-Rehman and Justice Rizwan Dotani. Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry headed the meeting, which was attended by Justice Javed Iqbal, Justice Mian Shakirullah Jan, Justice Tassaduq Hussain Jilani, Justice Nasir ul Mulk, Justice (Retd) Chaudhry Ijaz Ahmed, Federal Minister for Law and Justice Maula Bakhsh Chandio, Attorney General of Pakistan Maulvi Anwar-ul-Haq and Dr. Khalid Ranjha, representative Pakistan Bar Council.
