Were ready to hold dialogue for peace. Well talk to everyone and this will be good for our country, he added. He said Pakistan did not want to interfere in any ones affairs. He said that because of successful All Party Conference (APC), the USA not only disseminated a message to Pakistan that she could not win war on terror without us but also distanced from Mullens statement. About All-Party Conference, he said that a large number of people attended that meeting. The premier said he could have convened joint session of parliament but he held APC for a particular reason. The motive behind holding this APC was to invite the leadership that is out of parliament and to offer them opportunity to present their viewpoint, he added. Lauding political leaders, he said they exhibited political wisdom and gathered at one platform for the sake of Pakistan shunning their differences. I salute them all, he added. He said the message went out to the world through APC was that Pakistani nation was united. Weve emerged as a nation. Were proud to be Pakistanis. It does not mean that we want war. We want peace and we can do anything for it, he noted. He said that some elements had taken refuge in our ranks and they defamed Islam through their deeds. He said entire political leadership was ready to hold dialogue for maintaining peace. Gilani said the government would leave no stone unturned for maintaining peace in the country. Referring to Seraiki province, he said todays gathering was a referendum in favour of a separate province. Well make South Punjab a separate province, he declared. Today you can see the backwardness. Sense of deprivation prevails here for the last 65 years. It is our duty to prevent the residents of this region from all kinds of discrimination, he added. Congratulating the residents of Muzaffargarh district, he said Muzaffargarh was Punjabs Larkana as all five national assembly candidates of PPP won from this district. He said that Lodhran, Khanewal and Multan used to be one district and he was elected as chairman of the district council of this district. The prime minister said that Multan had been the capital of ancient Sindh and Data Sahib wrote in his book that Lahore was a suburb of Multan. About Motorway, he said the new project would connect Multan with Faisalabad while it would be extended up to Bahawalpur via Lodhran. Well connect it with Gwadar. It will not only connect all four provinces but also usher in a new era of progress and prosperity in the country, he hoped. He said Muzaffargarh will also be connected to the Motorway.
