President Asif Zardari on Friday said that the laborers have the utmost right on the country and the Pakistan Peoples Party will continue its struggle for uplift of this deprived group of the society, report said. Today we are in a new world where the laborer is not a subordinate of anyone but a partner in the business, he told a gathering at Sindh Chief Minister House held to mark the signing of Service Tribunals (Amendment) Act 2010 recently passed by the parliament. Through the Act, employees have got a right to take their disputes to the Labor Courts, Labor Appellate Tribunals as well as National Industrial Relations Commission.
