Government has filed its reply in Balochistan High Court (BHC) with regard to the petition filed by Nawabzada Shah Zain Bugti, provincial vice president of Jamhoori Watan Party. Government has imposed ban on the movement of Nawabzada Shah Zain Bugti for three months outside Quetta and the latter has filed petition against these orders in BHC. The hearing started in the court of Justice Ghulam Mustafa Mengal Monday and state counsel filed the reply. The court adjourned the hearing till February, 10. Talking to media men after his appearance in the court, Nawabzada Shah Zain Bugti said any in chamber hearing from government side rather than inside the court hearing would not be accepted. "We are not terrorists. Whatever judicial proceedings takes place it should be open", he added. Responding to a question he said there was dichotomy between the precepts and practices of government. It will come before all of us whatever decision is given by the court on February, 10, he told.
