Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has directed to extend physical remand of 6 policemen including DPO Waqar Chohan involved in Sialkot lynching incident, by 7 days. According to media reports, ATC presented the policemen allegedly involved in lynching of two siblings in Sialkot, before judge Nisar Ahmad. The ATC extended the physical remand of DPO Waqar Chohan, constables Bashir Ahmad, Yaseen, Nadir Hussian, Naseer Ahmad and Muhammad Akram by 7 days. The policemen have been sent to jail. The police have arrested ASI Waris Ali and sent to jail on 7 days physical remand while arrest warrant of proclaimed offender Shafique has been issued in this connection.
