The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has rejected the governments invitation for dialogue, saying talks would only be held on early election. Commenting over Interior Minister Rehman Maliks proposal for talks, Punjab government spokesman Senator Pervez Rashid said that if the government had any moral and political courage then it should hold elections. He said that the PML-N would stage massive anti-government rallies after Muharram. He said they had had discussion with the government time and again but to no avail.
