QUETTA-After dismissal of petition from Session Court Sibi, Nawabzada Jamil Akbar Bugti, son of late Nawab Akbar Bugti has filed a petition in the Balochistan High Court seeking the courts direction for registration of a case against former President Pervez Musharraf, former PM Shaukat Aziz, former Interior Minister Aftab Ahmed Khan Sherpao, former Governor Balochistan Awais Ahmed Ghani, former Chief Minister Jam Muhammad Yousaf and other senior officials for murder of his father and other Baloch people. Sohail Rajput Advocate and Hadi Shakeel Advocate filed the petition in the court on behalf of Nawabzada Jamil Akbar Bugti. The petitioner has taken the plea that former President Pervez Musharraf and other personalities of former govt had played an important role in the killing of Nawab Akbar Bugti. He has requested the court for directing the concerned authorities to register an FIR against the accused. Earlier, Session Court Sibi rejected petition of Jamil Bugti on September 4. The session judge had rejected the petition for want of jurisdiction.
