Indian troops committing war crimes in IHK: Gilani

Veteran Kashmiri Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Gilani has said that Indian troops are committing war crimes on a large scale in occupied Kashmir. According to Kashmir Media Service, addressing a conference at Kakapora in Pulwama, Syed Ali Gilani condemned the killing of a civilian, Ghulam Muhammad Kumar, by the troops in Rafiabad area. "Killing of the civilian in Rafiabad has once again proven that Indian troops are committing war crimes in Jammu and Kashmir," he said. The veteran Hurriyet leader castigated the puppet administration for maintaining silence over the gross human rights violations by the occupation troops. He maintained that the puppet regime was equally responsible for the killing of civilians. He paid rich tributes to the youth martyred by Indian troops in Rafiabad.
