Pakistan condemns blasts

ISLAMABAD - President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani have strongly condemned the bomb blasts in New Delhi on Saturday, which led to unfortunate loss of innocent lives. "The people and the Government of Pakistan share the pain of the victims and bereaved families," a Foreign Office statement said. The President and the Prime Minister said that Pakistan condemned all terrorist acts perpetrated in any part of the world. Gilani said that the people and Government of Pakistan shared the pain of the victims and the bereaved families.  APP adds: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Sherry Rehman Saturday condemned the serial blasts in New Delhi in strongest terms. Terming the blasts a "barbaric act of cowardice", the Minister said the elements involved in the inhumane act were enemies of humanity. Meanwhile, PML-N Quaid Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has condemned the bomb explosions, which ripped through Delhi on Saturday, killing over dozen innocent people and injuring many others. In a condolence message, Mian Nawaz Sharif said perpetrators of such heinous acts were enemies of peace and humanity. He expressed sympathies with the bereaved families and prayed for the early recovery of injured persons.
