Police on the directives of the court recovered 41 people including women and children from a private jail of two landlords in Khairpur Ghambo area on Saturday. According to details, local police carried out raid at a private jail of landlords Shafi Muhammad and Ijaz Memon in Khairpur on the special court directives. Police recovered 41 detainees, including 25 children and seven women, kept unlawfully in private prison by the landlords for bonded labour. All the released people were presented before the court.
