At least 5 persons were killed and 6 sustained injuries when a passenger van rammed with tree on Qazi Ahmad Link road on Monday. According to police sources, a passenger van rammed into a tree due to negligence of the driver here on Qazi Ahmad link road killing 3 persons on the spot while the other two died in the hospitals and 6 persons were wounded. Initially an injured was shifted to Qazi Ahmad hospital and other in Paramedical college hospital where they succumbed to injuries and died. The other 6 injured have been shifted to Peoples medical college where according to heirs of the injured lack of medical facilities and load shedding is irritating the patients.
