President, PM condemn MQM leader's murder

President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani have condemned the murder of Senior Leader of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), Dr. Imran Farooq, who was assassinated in London last night and have condoled with the bereaved family. In their separate messages President Zardari said that DR Imran Farooq was a great leader and his cold blooded murder is condemnable. He expressed his heartiest condolence with the bereaved family. While PM Gilani in his separate message also condemned the murder and said that the incident is a major tragedy. The Chairman Senate, Mr. Farooq H. Naek and Deputy Chairman Senate, Mir Jan Muhammad Khan Jamali also condemned the brutal murder of Senior Leader of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), Dr. Imran Farooq In their separate messages, the Chairman Senate and Deputy Chairman Senate offered their heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and prayed to Almighty Allah to rest the departed soul in eternal peace. The Leader of the House in the Senate, Syed Nayyar Hussain Bokhari and Leader of the Opposition in the Senate, Mr. Wasim Sajjad have also condemned the murder of Dr. Imran Farooq and offered their heartfelt condolences to his family. National Assembly speaker Dr Fehmida Mirza, Deputy Speaker Faisal Karim Kundi, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Interior Minister Rehman Malik and other ministers and leaders also condemned the brutal murder of Dr Imran.
