Earthquake tremors were felt in Chitral and in the neighboring areas on Monday. According to the Meteorological Department of Pakistan a 4.4 magnitude earthquake jolts were felt in northern parts of the country. The earthquake caused panic in Chitral as residents came out of their homes. So far no casualties or damage to property has been reported.
