At least eleven people were killed during gun battle between two groups in Upper Dir over land dispute, officials said on Sunday. An old clash over ownership of property between two rival tribes of Bari Kot turned violent when both used weapons against each other, said police official adding as a result of firing nine persons including women died on the spot while six others suffered injuries. The injured were rushed to near hospitals where condition of some wounded reported critical. Police who reached the scene soon after the incident took place, started probe into the incident.
