Another PML-N MPA Rana Mubashir Iqbal resigned today for having fake graduation degree case. A three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry heard the case regarding fake degree of Rana Iqbal. Ranas counsel Hamid Khan told the court that the former decided to resign on the above said charges. The court ordered Rana to send the copy of his resignation to Speaker Punjab Assembly, besides the Election Commission has also been asked to conduct by-polls for the seat PP-160 that fell vacant after the resignation.
