Senator wants Senate committee to investigate Hajj Pilgrims grievances

The deputy chairman of PKMAP (Pakhtoonkhwa Milli Awami Party) senator Abdul Rahim Mandokhel has demanded to form a Senate committee to probe the grievances of Hajj pilgrims. Talking to media upon his arrival at Quetta airport after performing his Hajj, the senator strongly criticized the government, and vowed to raise the sheer mismanagement of facilities for Hajj pilgrims during Hajj, in Senate. Comparing excellent facilities and programming for Hajj pilgrims of other Muslim countries he said that he witnessed the worse ever mismanagement of Hajj pilgrims, due to which he had witnessed Hajj pilgrims alongwith women and children sitting helplessly on roads and footpaths, due to non-availability of residential facilities. He said that managing facilities for Hajj pilgrims was the responsibility of Auqaf department, and it had failed to deliver.
