ORAKZAI AGENCY - At least 15 militants were killed and seven others sustained injuries in clashes between two rival militant groups here on Saturday. Armed militants of two rival groups, Ziaur Rehman Group and Nabi Mulla Group, came at Saiful Darra, some 32 kilometres in South of agencys headquarters Geljo to exchanging each others detained men detained in various occasion. During this process, due to unknown reasons, armed militants exchanged hot words that led to armed clashes, killing 15 militants and injuring seven others. Sources said reportedly, 11 militants of Nabi Mulla Group were killed and four others injured while four militants of Ziaur Rehman were gunned down and there sustained wounds. Besides, two other militants of Nabi Mulla Group were also taken away. Saiful Darra is still under the control of militants despite the government has been claiming that 90 per cent area of the agency was cleared of militants and just 10 per cent area is under the control militants. Saiful Darra is stated to be hub of militants, from where they make attacks on other localities. In addition, still militants have full influence in Saiful Darra, Star Killi, Zafar Ghari, Otta Mela and some areas of Mamuzai.
