SUKKUR/ KHAIRPUR Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Monday said that he would hold public meeting in Karachi on December 25 'come what may, adding that people will forget the Egyptian revolution after seeing PTIs revolution. Addressing a press conference in Sukkur after the inclusion of two nephews of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Mir Hazar Khan Bijarani in his party, Imran Khan said the countrys educated and intellectual class was joining his party and his opponents would face more blows in the near future. All the political parties had forged alliance to serve their vested interests, he said adding they all have united to protect tyrannical system and had minted billion of rupees. Time has come now that all the oppressed people should get united, he urged. He said that more people will be seen joining the party in the near future. But he assured his supporters that only upright people would achieve PTI ticket for the next general elections. Whoever joins our party will correct himself or leave us, he said. Imran said PTI tsunami has rocked Sindh and no one could stop it. I am happy people of Sindh have woken up, he remarked. Imran warned Sindh chief minister that PTI will hold Karachi rally even if war in the city was reported to be underway. If war occurs in Karachi on December 25 in Karachi, even then I will hold public meeting therein, he announced. I ask people of Sindh to shed their fear. I want the people of Sindh rid the fear prevailing in the province, he maintained. Imran said that PTI was trying to change the prevailing atmosphere of fear in the entire country, adding that his party will eliminate all the armed groups in the country. MQM has only 18 seats out of 272 seats, if we should continue to fight with them the whole time or should we fight with big fish, he questioned. PTI was not party of Punjabis, Sindhis, Balochis or Pushtoons but was symbol of the entire Pakistan. Whosoever joins us will be reformed, he said. PTI chief ruled out fair and transparent elections under President Asif Ali Zardari, adding that PTI wants a free and fair election and will take to the streets if they are rigged and warned there will be bloodshed in the country if elections are held under Zardaris leadership. Zardari is the party co-chairman as well as the president, which is against the constitution, he remarked He has not done any job honestly in his life. He has destroyed the PPP. Imran lamented that the country had almost defaulted because of theft and corruption and said the right leadership would rectify all wrongs. Zardari has done what even a dictator could not do They (government) have brought a rich country down to its knees PTI will show them (current government) how to run the country. We will not run it the way you are running it. The cricketer-turned-politician said that when leadership of a party is genuine, the lower cadres will automatically adopt the right path. If captain of the team do not indulge in corruption, the entire team will follow the right path, Imran said, adding that when he was captain of Pakistan Cricket team, there was no blame of match fixing on the players at that time. He said the rule of cruel rulers will soon be washed away by the PTI tsunami and all those joining PTI will adopt the right path. Later, Imran also addressed a huge gathering at Pir Jo Goth in Khairpur. On this occasion Pir Muhammad Rashid Shah Rashidi, grand son of PML-F leader Pir Pagara, announced to join PTI.
