At least two people were killed while six others wounded when a landmine blast struck their vehicle in central Kurram region on Saturday. According to reports, a passenger pick up was traveling to Lower Kurram from Para Chamkani when it hit a roadside bomb. As a result, two persons were killed and six others suffered injuries. They were rushed to a nearby hospital, where two are reportedly in critical condition. In another incident, eight tribesmen were kidnapped by a militant group from Teendu area of central Kurram and were shifted to undisclosed location.
