Test Cricketer Danish Kaneria Saturday filed a petition at Sindh High Court (SHC) against Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for neglecting him against no reason. Barrister Farogh Naseem submitted the petition on Kanerias behalf against the PCB for neglecting him. The petition said Britain police and International Cricket Council (ICC) had dismissed a case relating spot fixing charges against him. It should be mentioned here that Kaneria had to face spot fixing charges one and half years ago during county cricket. The petition maintained that the PCB had been provided with all relevant documents; however, the cricketer was not being accorded clearance. The SHC is expected to begin hearing of the case from Monday.
