LAHORE Professional Veterans won the Match of PVCA 2nd Floodlit Veterans T-20 Tournament by beating CDC Veterans by eight Wickets played under floodlights at the RLCA Ground in Rawalpindi. Batting first, CDC Veterans were all out for 165 runs in the stipulated 20 overs for the loss of four wickets. Salim Raza scored 56 runs in 40 balls with two fours and two sixes. Akram Khan scored 44 runs in 34 balls including 5 fours and 1 six. For Professional Veterans Ashraf Pakhali took 3 Wickets for 25 runs. Professional Veterans reached the winning target of 165 runs in the 17th overs for the loss of only two wickets. Mansoor Akhter was hit a century in 61 balls including six fours and seven Sixes. Tauseef Ahmed scored 40 runs in 30 balls with three fours and a six. For CDC Badar Ansari and Shakir Sheikh took 1 wicket each for 26 and 26 runs respectively. Mansoor Akhter for his brilliant batting was declared the Man of the Match.
